farm with 5 large pastures and 3 paddocks. We have a 31 stall barn with 12x12 stall with rubber mats, 4 hot/cold
wash stalls with heaters and fans, personal tack lockers beside each stall, kitchen with refrigerator and microwave,
bathroom, laundry room, lounge with multiple couches, and a 100 ft by 200 ft outdoor lighted ring with irrigation.
The kitchen and lounge are heated and air conditioned. Our full board service consists of feeding twice daily, water
buckets filled/cleaned daily, mucking stalls with fresh shavings applied daily, day turnout during the winter months
and night turnout during the summer months, premium orchard/timothy/alfalfa mix hay given twice daily or at the
owner's discretion, and blankets/sheets put on and taken off at owner's discretion also. Our barn is also equipped
with an ADT security system with 8 cameras positioned around the barn and fire/heat detectors for you and your
horse's security. Also there are 2 employees that live above the barn in case of emergencies full stall board is
