"Bella's Yum-Yums"
4 cups of oats (plain oatmeal)
8 tablespoons of flour
1/2 cup of molasses
3/4 cup of water
And I throw in about two tablespoons of garlic, but you can give or take more. Garlic keeps the bugs away.
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
1. Stir with large spoon until mixture is the consistency of thick cookie dough.
2. Drop tablespoons of dough on a greased cookie sheet, spacing cookies 1 inch apart.
3. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until crisp.
4. Remove from oven, and cool for 30 minutes.

Cookies' Smoothie
In case no one wants to deal with the oven today, make your horse a fruit smoothie boat! Cookies loves hers!
1 Banana
1 Apple
1 Carrot
Directions:
1. Cut up the Carrot and Apple into pieces.
2. Cut a slit in the banana (you can do this with or without the peel still on) and pry it open just a little bit.
3. Take spoonfills of the Carrot and Apple mixture and slowly fill in the slit in the banana.
4. Carefully take the mix out to your horse and put it into the bucket (it's quite messy).
Variation to Cookies' Smoothie: Instead of cutting a slit in the banana, you can hollow out a pocket in the apple and
fill that with blended up Carrot and Banana. They love that just as much.

Bandit's Frozen Pops
1 sack of grapes (any kind of grape, except my horses like the seedless greens better)
1 freezer
2 or 3 carrots (depends on how many pops you want to make)
Directions:
1. Cut the carrots into very slim sticks.
2. Stick them into the grapes.
3. Put the grapes in ice cube trays (each grape in an ice cube spot).
4. Put them into the freezer.
5. Leave them in the freezer for however long you want, if you want them cold but kind of mushy, do a couple hours.
If you want them frozen solid, put them in for a day or two. If you are having a little trouble popping them out of the
tray, run a little warm water over them.
